Amy Smart, an American model, actress and actor. Amy Smart was born and raised in California, USA. Amy Smart started her modeling career in Italy. She made her acting debut in the year 1996 with the TV movie Her Costly Affair. It took a long time to be a part of Starship Troopers in a smaller part. The transition was difficult for Amy since she needed change from modeling to performing. Models aren't regarded as the best actors, so they usually get smaller, insignificant roles.
