Harry Edward Styles, known in the world of music in the world of music as Harry Styles, is a British musician and singer, recognized as being a part of the group One Direction. Born in Holmes Chapel (Cheshire), England, on the 1st of February, 1994. He is the son of Des Styles, and Anne Cox. Harry Styles attended the Holmes Chapel Comprehensive school where along with three fellow students, he formed his own group of musicians, called White Eskimo. They were the winners of the Battle of Bands in 2009 with their amazing results. Although he has always been interested in music, he also interested in becoming an lawyer or an physiotherapist. For a while he worked as a part-time baker in his city with the aim of helping people financially in the home. Harry Styles was selected for The X Factor 2010 audition during which he performed the Stevie Wonder's hit song Is not She Lovely. This is why his group had to separate. Nicole Scherzinger was the judge who suggested Harry Styles to be part of a new group named One Direction, along with Liam Payne Zayn malik Niall Horan Louis Tomlinson. Simon Cowell was the sponsor of the group that was formed in the year 2010. The band of five was backed by Cowell, and they sang Kelly Clarkson's My Life Would Suck without You as well Bonnie Tyler's Total Eclipse of the Heart. They were one of the most competitive groups in the competition. But they finished in third place in the third place, behind Rebecca Ferguson and winner Matt Cardle. Harry Styles, his group as well as Cowell were not able to win the competition. However, Cowell gave Harry Styles a 2 million dollar contract with Syco.
